This document is part of a series with the group title: DEMOSOPHIA FLOOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS This folder contains a cost estimate (with 11x17 inch COLOR FLOOR PLAN) presented by a Michigan architectural firm giving the figures on constructing a complete Interactive Management facility at Ford Motor Company, including the Observatorium which John had long hoped for. An architect's "Conceptual Floor Plan" is included which shows in color the complete layout for an Interactive Management facility with Observatorium, Situation Room and supporting office space The total cost of the facility, according to the architect's estimate, would have been over 3 million dollars. Alas, there was a change of Ford managers; the people at Ford who were pushing to get the construction almost had it in the bag but at the last minute, due to administrative changes in the Ford hierarchy, the Observatorium was once again quashed.
