Improving the Requirements Process in Acquisition

A discussion of the benefits of a methodology to improve weapons systems acquistion which the author has developed. It is called RAPID (Requirements Analysis Process in Design) and is supposed to be an improvement over TQM and Concurrent Engineering processes used heretofore.
