A speech given in Budapest by Prof. Lee, who was at the time the director of IIASA (Intnl Inst. Applied Systems Analysis), but has since returned to MIT staff. quote from his speech: "...I believe that the interactive-type system is way to solve the man-model interface problems...we need what I call management engineers..to help decision makers in identifying the most important scenarios..." Note: As of 1999, Dr. Thomas H. Lee is retired from MIT, is at Center for Quality Management, 1 Alewife Center, Suite 450, Cambridge, MA 02140.
