This is just the big chart from David's article. We had an extra copy so I saved it. The complete article, from v2.n3 in Systems Research journal is appended to another copy of this chart, and is stored in the IASIS File under IASIS No. 85/003. (If I have time I will try to make a photocopy of David's complete journal article, to add to this) The IM WORKSHOP was done in 1985, but the article was not published until 1986.
