An IM REPORT The full title of the report is "DOE Beryllium Rule Creation. An Application of Complexity Solutions Ltd. Processes." John downloaded this from McMaster's Web page, printed it up and had it tape-bound as an IASIS Report, for distribution from his office. The article is a description of two four-day sessions held for the DOE (Department of Energy). McMaster used ISM and John's methods, but failed to mention ISM, or John's work, instead says that the DOE "tried the processes of Complexity Management." NOTE: McMaster corresponded with John in the nineties. When we were in England for the United Kingdoms Systems Society meeting where John presented a paper, Michael contacted John and asked to visit, came to our hotel in Hull on one of the days we were there (around July 14, 1997) where he and John talked for over an hour. Mike's web page with this Beryllium Rule report of the ISM in use appeared in 1997. I do not know when or where the actual sessions took place with Michael's company Complexity Solutions.
