Up to the present Artificial Intelligence meant fundamentally the simulation of the Natural Intelligence behavior considered in isolatio n. No relation between natural intelligence has been taken into account. Our purpose is to take into account the "social" relations between the natural intelligence, in order to develop a more realistic way of designing Artificial Intelligence Systems
