Introduction: The paper shows in strictly mathematical terms the multi faceted effect of devotion in psycho-social behaviour. The investigat ion is done with two parties which unconsciously have a devotional rel ationship and which are simultaneously striving toward their individua l goal. In addition, the two parties observe each other's outcome con sciously and incorporate mutually the assessed comportment of the othe r party into their own goal setting syndrome. ...The concept is based on systems theory of continuously functioning, closed and interrelated loops, technically on multivariable automatic control systems, where there is inherent mutual interaction between controlled variables....
