This is a report on the Samos conference sponsored by University of th e Aegean. The volume is just a bunch of articles bound together with no regard for a common format. There is no table of contents, although there are several pages listing all the attendees and sponsors, etc. Volume contains actual printed papers by Tsivako u, Luhmann(from Germany), Fuenmayor (From Univ. of the Andes), Espejo( from U.K.), Haridimos (from U.K.), Papoulias (from Univ. of Athens), Counelis (from Univ. of San Francisco), and A. N. Christakis, who took the opportunity to display his Cogniscope figure (which is actually Warfield's Sigma 5 concept and figure)
