Sent to GMU in 2007 This is a typed manuscript of the review which appeared in journal edited by George Klir International Journal of General Systems, publishedby Taylor & Francis, published in 2007. Scott Staley, the author of the review, is a long time colleague of Warfield who has done a great deal of intensive and successful work using Warfield's Interactive Management system in Ford Motor Company. Scott wrote this article in September 2006 and sent it to John and John made a few minor edits before it went to the publisher.. I have both Scott's manuscript and John's edited WordPerfect version on Rose's computer. Scott's ms is 4 pages, John used different font so that it ran into 5 pages.
