Moses Ayiku discusses his struggles with bureaucracy intermingled with semi-autobiographical details, as he worked during the years 1980 - 1998 to establish a techinical advisory program to aid Ghanian industries, with the program as well as the industries designed to be run by native Ghanaians. (John Warfield is mentioned in Ayiku's book several times, always with appreciation and gratitude, on pages 75,78, 80, 84, 109, 127, 128, 132. Also, without Warfield's name specifically, some 1993 group workshops ar mentioned which must have used Warfield's methodology, and also George Mason University is mentiond on page 79.)
