The graphic file was created Dec 21, 1995, Ben Broome drew the graphic in Intellidraw software which we can't open any more.
This is a wordperfect file with a graphic design inside a text or graphics box. I THINK JOHN MUST HAVE REDRAWN THIS IN WORDPERFECT AFTER DECIDING OUR OLD PHOTOCOPIES WERE NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE BOOK.
I couldn't find any pdf file, but as soon as I extracted the wpd file from John's book manuscript, I first saved it in wordperfect, and then put it into pdf right away, to protect it. My the thing is hard to keep track of!
