An outgrowth of the third Interactive Management workshop on Analytical Powertrain at Ford. Meeting focused on cultural barriers, as opposed to technical ones, that caused difficulties in planning and managing.

Taped in the Genessee County Offices, Flint, MI. Shows the workings of the Genessee County Board of Commissioners as they go through the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) process directed by Professors James G. Coke and Carl Moore, with narration by Elizabeth Rott. The video won a prize as the best of the year with National Association of Counties.

An Interactive Management workshop with the Kent, Ohio City Council, 1978-1979. The Nominal Group Technique (NGT), Delphi questionnaires and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) are the techniques used to assist the City Council develop an orderly and systematic way to cut city expenditures. Facilitated by Ray Fitz, professor at the University of Dayton and an early colleague of Warfield’s.

A filmed description of the 10-day Interactive Management workshop for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) in 1985-1986. Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and the Nominal Group Technique assisted NMFS executives define and structure anticipated problems for the 1990s, as well as clarify long-range goals and options for the redesign of the NMFS in the future. Includes interviews with Bill Gordon, Director of NMFS and Alexander Christakis.

First of twelve videotapes of an Interactive Management workshop for Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, a regional power plant in upstate New York, on 5 June 1989. Workshop focused on how to get an inactive nuclear facility into operation and was facilitated by Alexander Christakis and David Keever.

First of five tapes on an Interactive Management workshop that helped participants to generate and clarify a list of 125 anticipated needs for pediatric health care consumers in the 21stcentury, as well as to propose options which will contribute to the fulfillment of those needs.
