Five typewritten pages and 5 handwritten pages manuscript. The typewritten pages have a few inked notations by Warfield. The handwritten pages are 6x9 inch note papers which have been taped to larger 8 x 11 graph paper pages for keeping in a notebook. The document is hole punched, so it was probably formerly one of his Accopress note-binders.
