Our records show we shipped this Part 2 of the article to GMU Special Collections in July 2004, but it is not listed in Warfield Collection Finding Aid, so I am shipping it at this time, having found a copy here at the house. In the continuation of an article begun in the previous issue of Panetics, Warfield continues his exploration of the ideas of the three philosophers Michel Foucault, Frederich Hayek and Charles Sanders Peirce. Part 1 of this two-part article is already in the Warfield Special Collection, and listed in Finding Aid as " Can Panetics Be A Science Or Academic Discipline (1 Of 2) (Box 81 , Folder 5 ). Possibly Part 2 could be added to Box 81? Also on my computer is a PDF file of an introduction paragraph written by Warfield, which as far as I can tell was not printed in the journal.
