Can Panetics Be a Science or Academic Discipline: A 'Conversation and Interview' with Michel Foucault, Frederich Hayek and Charles Sanders PeIrce, Part 1

Part one of an article that uses an imaginary interview to discuss the ideas of Michel Foucault, Frederich Hayek and Charles Sanders Peirce. Part 2 found here.

This is a 10 page manuscript. The original journal article is misplaced in the garage file cabinet. There is a misspelled word in the title above, the name Pierce should be spelled PEIRCE. Warfield sent it correctly spelled, but the editors changed the spelling. This is a long article, so Warfield sent it to the journal in two parts, this being Part 1. Part 2 is to appear in a later issue. Warfield wrote this article in an imaginary "interview" format, as if the authors he is discussing were all with him in the flesh and answering Warfield's questions. All of the answers attributed to the three philosophers are Warfield's writing, in which he attempts to either paraphrase or explain their viewpoints on various topics. Warfield revered and respected the thinking and writing of these three eminent scholars, and has used his own study of the three men in an attempt to bring their ideas into applications of solutions to modern day problems, specifically in the area of panetics, or the redress of human suffering.
