A very compact, densely packed report with lots of information in a small space. This report is a collection of tables, displaying names of people and organizations connected with John's work, with an introductory summary and an end section containing a topically arranged bibliography of relevant Warfield publications. It is a good reference booklet for history of the development of Interactive Management, beginning with Warfield's work about 1970, but including names and contributions of previous scholars to the ideas which Warfield developed during the period 1970 - 1995. The Cover page on the booklet says August 1995 which was when Warfield got it printed, however my dates from his WordPerfect file put the actual writing of this report at June 1995. I looked at the document file, all the words are there, but the font size has slipped away and I can't restore it, so Warfield's carefully planned tables are sliding all over several pages where they don't belong. Luckily there is a correctly printed tape-bound report If anyone wants to recreate this report they will have to open either the MS WORD version or the WordPerfect version and figure out how to get the fonts back to the proper small sizes to make all the tables line up on correct pages.
