This is a second back up copy of the permissions for the book. This backup contains only photocopies of signed releases - none of the actual articles from which the borrowed material was taken, but just the permissions themselves. This packet would be needed if ever a future publisher decided on another edition of this book. It is the same as the packet that was mailed to Intersystems publishers in 1990. As of May 2012, these photocopied pages are in a white ring note binder, along with some other permissions for other books, which Warfield collected and assembled after retirement.
