Gibson, 27 March 1996 for a presentation at 2nd World Conference Integrated Design & Process Technology, to be held at Marriott Hotel, Austin, Texas, 1-4 December 1996. It contains the formal abstract for the talk. This same one page abstract was later published along with FULL TEXT of the paper (INCLUDING THIS ABSTRACT.
