Economics and Systems Science

A discussion of some systems science techniques which can be of use in the field of economics - the Theory of Dimensionality, the automated version of the logic of structure from De Morgan's Theory of Relations, the specially equipped situation room, the philosophy of frame-breaking and remodeling. Presented at World Congress on Cybernetics & Systems, Hunter College of City University of New York, New York City, 15 June 1990.


ANNOTATION: A discussion of some systems science techniques which can be of use in the field of economics - the Theory of Dimensionality, the automated version of the logic of structure from De Morgan's Theory of Relations, the specially equipped situation room, the philosophy of frame-breaking and remodeling. This paper was first presented at the Eighth International Congress of Cybernetics and Systems, Hunter College of the City University of New York, Friday, 15 June 1990 in the session titled "Management Cybernetics- Part I," organized and chaired by Dr. A. Ghosal. A manuscript copy of 13 pages was sent to India on 27 February 1991, for publication in SCIMA.
