This was a tape-bound manual containing seven papers, with 6 of them having been published during 1995-1996. All of them have been previously printed and distributed as separate papers, but were collected in 1997 and combined into a single volume. The manuscript has been indexed and paged for double-sided printing, but does not contain the BACK COVER PAGE which Warfield usually adds when printing copies. These papers are Part 2 of a 3-Part manuscript collection. Only GMU has a hard copy of the 1995-1996 Volume.
