All of them had been previously printed and distributed as separate papers, but were collected in 1997 and combined into a single volume. The manuscript was been indexed and paged for double-sided printing, but does not contain the FRONT COVER PAGE OR BACK COVER PAGE which Warfield usually adds when printing copies. These papers are Part 1 of a 3-Part manuscript collection. Only GMU has a hard copy of the 1988-1994 Volume. Our tape bound manuals with this title have all been given away.
