All of them are part of the conceptual underpinning for Interactive Management. The manuscript has been indexed and paged for double-sided printing, but does not contain the BACK COVER PAGE which Warfield usually adds when printing copies. Only GMU has a hard copy of the 1997 Mid-Year Volume.
