ANNOTATION: The final report for Grant No. ENG75-17609, submitted to the National Science Foundation Division of Grants & Contracts, Post-Award Branch. This is the 2nd of two reports differing in content but having the same title; see also an earlier report with the same title, in IASIS File 76/020. This report, prepared for the use of persons already knowledgeable about ISM but unaware of the various applications of the process. Contains a bibliography of papers on ISM applications and theory.
