This is one of 32 FORD reports which Rose packed in a single box, and sent with the 23 October 2000 shipment to Fenwick Library, George Mason University. Rose did not have time to catalog these reports, but did manage to get the titles of all of them. A few were already in the database, but most were never properly cataloged and we have no information on number of pages, report editors, facilitators, and the like. NOTE, IN MAY 2002, WHEN THE FENWICK LIBRARY WEB SITE WAS AVAILABLE, Rose found this title listed in their Warfield Special Collection with the author being John N. Warfield, so I guess he wrote it as sort of a proposal for continued work at Ford, maybe. I still haven't seen the actual document, so can’t be positive, but it looks like a good bet that Warfield alone is the author.
