This document is an itemized list (identification) of 97 attributes, with page numbers given for each. This document is a companion to Field Representation of Factors Affecting Innovation in Ford: The Case of Direct Engineering and both should be used together.). They are both leftovers from a failed project initiative at Ford Motor Company called Direct Engineering, championed by Pete Seferro and Pete's boss, but wiped out when Pete's boss got early retirement.
