The book had to be scanned in two parts because our scanner couldn't handle larger number of pages. A hardcover copy of this "Revised 1990 Edition" was donated to George Mason University's Fenwick Library, and another to the Library of Congress, where it now enjoys "book" status, because it was given the LC Catalog Card number: 90-61414 and the Library of Congress catalog call number: Z7671 .W373 1990. At GMU the book is in Fenwick Stacks call number QA401 .W37 1990 All of the books and papers listed in this bibliography were published between the years 1959-1981. They are all related in some way to the development of Warfield's Interactive Management methodology. (The "Revised Edition" is called the "Green Bibliography" because it is the only IASIS monograph we have around the office with that color of spiral binder.) The "Green Bibliography" is actually a combination of three earlier bibliographies which had been issued 1980, 1981,1982: Interpretive Structural Modelling and Related Work, 1980; Interpretive Structural Modeling and Related Work, Supplement #1, 1981; and Digest of Annotated Bibliography: Interpretive Structural Modeling and Related Work, 1982. Written by Warfield while he was a professor at the University of Virginia, the three bibliographies were the first to give sources of information about the theory and applications and possible future uses of ISM. Significant early books on symbolic logic and Boolean algebra are listed, followed by a chronological listing of the development of the ISM theory in Warfield's work and in many papers and books about his work, written by others.
After about ten years, Warfield had given away all of the old UVA monographs, all the Supplements, and even all copies of the Digest. The bibliography was still in demand however, so when Warfield was at George Mason University, Rose Warfield collected his first 1980 bibliography, and its Supplement #1 and the Digest and combined them into one single manuscript with one index. Then she got Warfield to write a new introduction for the combined entries, and gave the whole job the same title as before, except adding: REVISED EDITION. This revised edition edited by Rose was printed as an IASIS monograph in 1990 and now supersedes the 1980, 1981 and 1982 bibliographies of the same title.
