As part of her field work for a Ph.D. dissertation, Professor A. Roxana Cardenas, on the faculty at ITESM (Instituto Tecnologico Y Estudios Superiors de Monterrey) in Monterrey Mexico, completed a series of interviews with persons knowledgeable about Interactive Management and its practice. She obtained interviews on audio tape from John Warfield, Henry Alberts, Scott Staley, Alexander Christakis and possibly Ross Janes, as far as I know. She made a written transcript of her interview with John Warfield, and sent it to him by email on Friday, 4 July1997. I have given her email message the computer file name: "Interview Transcript" which is the title Warfield has stuck on the top of the message printout. I plan to make a database entry for this document, classifying it as an UNPUBLISHED MANUSCRIPT with Cardenas & Warfield as authors, and using Cardenas's title: "Interview With Dr. John Warfield" which was in the email message.
