This was Complexity Lecture No. 8, of a series of 12 lectures given during 1998 Fall semester at GMU. It was the second of three lectures on the topic of HIGHER EDUCATION. After the series of 12 Complexity Lectures was finished, copies of these papers went into a tape-bound report titled George Mason University Johnson Center Lecture Series on Complexity, Lecture Group 2. The report is in Box 36, Folder 10 of GMU's Warfield Collection at Fenwick Library. Lecture 8 was videotaped by GMU student video center, and the single tape cassette is in Box 67 of the Warfield Collection. This video has not yet been digitized for web viewing, but plans are underway to make all Warfield collection videos available digitally in future release of this database.
