This is a nine page FAX message, sent from Scott Staley to John Warfield on 2 April 1992. It is a draft copy of pages 1-8 and pages 153-159 of a Ford Report titled Application of Interactive Management to System-wide Planning for Analytical Powertrain. This Ford Report was a 160 page document reporting on THE FIRST INTERACTIVE MANAGEMENT WORKSHP for Ford Motor Company, held in April 1992 at the Ford facilities in Dearborn, Michigan. After the Ford Workshop, several persons asked for copies of the IM Workshop Plan, so Warfield just sent them copies of the Fax message, along with a typed cover page which he added in July 1997. I believe there were at one time 15 pages in all, but I only found 9 pages of the FAX which I scanned for the computer file. It could be there were never any more than the 9 pages, since the last part of the WorkshopPlan would have been Appendix 1 from the Warfield & Cardenas Handbook. The appendix 1 of the Handbook was written in 1991 and 1992 by Warfield and Roxana. The 2nd edition of the Handbook had been accepted for publication at Iowa State University Press in 1992 when this FAX was written, which is why the reference is to a 1994 citation date for Appendix B of "An Example IM Workshop Plan.
