Participant Workshop on Defense Acquisition Research

A collection of informal memos from workshop held at Defense Systems Management College, 8-9 April 1997.

This is not really a Warfield "paper" but more of a bunch of informal memos. I have it filed here because I try to find all the documentation I can to support the presentations which he has listed in his resume. I don't know what he said at this meeting, but there was quite a bit of feedback, so must have been something notable. I didn't save any memos on it, and doubt if Warfield did, but he did put it into his Resume as a presentation. I suspect even the title of the workshop is not quite the same as above, but this is all I have for now, a 9 x 12 manila envelope covered with scribbles, inside of which is a collection of other scribbled notes and the meeting agenda.
