This material was shipped to Fenwick Library Special Collections, George Mason University, Fairfax, VA on 23 October 2000. A draft proposal for a NSF grant to further work on ISM. This proposal was written while Warfield was at University of Virginia. Colleagues listed as "consultants" who would be asked to review the progress of the project were: Jack Gibson, Andy Sage, Aleco Christakis at UVA, also Bob House, Carl Moore, Robert Waller, Bela Banathy and Prof. Ronald Atkin, Univ. of Essex, England.
