So You Are a Good Modeler: NOT YET!

Argues that in order to develop useful engineering designs it is necessary to create “qualitative formalisms" using human interaction with the assistance of Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM).

This manuscript had the original title of "So You are a Good Modeler" and it was sent to Livingston 5 August 1992. Livingston changed the title to: "So You Are a Good Modeler - NOT YET" Warfield maintains that to develop, useful engineering designs it is necessary to develop "qualitative formalisms" using human interaction with the assistance of Interpretive Structural Modeling in "a questioning dialog mode aimed at sorting out the trash from the cash" This was the second issue of a Newsletter started by Bill Livingston.
