This was a letter addressed to Dr. Kingsley Haynes, head of The Institute of Public Policy at George Mason University, in which Warfield asked that his Institute receive a firm budget allocation from George Mason University's administration. Four pages in length, it was sent as a FAX message. Not identified separately in the GMU finding aid, I believe this letter/fax sent to Kingsley could be found in Box 97 Folder 6 which is labelled: "George Mason Administration Officials and Others. Susan Swope, Kingsley Haynes, Fred Rossini, also Scott Staley at Ford Motor Company and Ben Broome [Correspondence], 1993"
