Just two pages plus a third page which has options field figures, this paper seems to be a part of a larger work, since its first paragraph is labelled "Summary." The topic is an interesting short study of group decision making and how to analyze and use the processes involved. The options given in the figure page are: Purpose, process, Product, Leadership Style, Working Facility, Context. I don't know why I gave it a possible date of 1996 unless the original wordperfect file had a 1996 date, but the only date on it now is 2008 which was when I was working hard to try to collect and label all Warfield's last papers for sending to the library.
