Only two pages - An unfinished paper. In the first paragraph, Warfield writes that his purpose is to prepare a document that will be understandable by lay people...as a way to approach complex issues in society". Also in the file folder is a poster size page of newsprint, on which Warfield has drawn an outline or table of the themes in his paper, listing such things as "Problemand" and "Optiana" in the course of travel of his major character named "Ulysses" not on disk. Might be in some of the WIP folder papers which I haven't explored yet. As far as I know nothing ever continued with this unfinished paper EXCEPT THE TITLE, which Warfield used in his 1998 papers on Demands of Complexity meeting Killer Assumptions, during his July-August trip to China r.w., 6/03/2012
