This material is missing. However the record above indicates there is a copy in the IASIS file collection which was sent to Mexico in 1994. Also the Warfield Collection finding aid lists several documents associated with this grant, but not this final report These items are to be found in the Fenwick Warfield Collection: o NSF Grants Extensions Of ISM, Correspondence, Budget & Records 1975-1976 (Box 7 , Folder 3 ) o Extension Of ISM-NSf Grants Copy Of Proposal 1975-1976 (Box 7 , Folder 4 ) o Extensions Of ISM Report To NSF On Research Grant 1976 (Box 7 , Folder 5 ) The report provides results of a telephone survey, whereby the author contacted all locations where there was reason to suspect that ISM software might be installed. A primary aim was to determine what kind of computer the software was installed in, since new installations might benefit by using software that had already been converted to a particular machine type. A secondary aim was to determine whether the software was the Battelle version or the Dayton version, and to identify a person that might be telephoned later on for further information concerning local policy re availability of the software by remote telephone line.
