The entire paper is printed in the Japanese language except for footnotes, references and the figure legends. It contains five of Warfield's Figures copied from Warfield's earlier paper "Structural Analysis of a Computer Language" which Warfield had presented in March of 1985 at am IEEE conference in Auburn, Alabama and also Warfield's 1987 paper titled "A Complexity Metric for High Level Software Language." In addition to use of the figures, the Japanese authors possibly quoting from both of Warfield's papers but hard to know exactly since the text is in Japanese. Warfield was unaware until after the fact that Ohuchi and Kaji had written the paper, named Warfield as a co-author, and then presented the paper at a conference in Japan. After the conference was over, Dr. Ohuchi sent a photocopy of the printed proceedings page to Warfield.
