An IM Workshop Report Submitted to CSIR by Warfield shortly after completing his work assisting Moses Ayiku in producing Interactive Management workshops in Ghana in 1997. This report, "Strategies" is a final report written by John Warfield, in which he reviews and summarizes results and recommendations from two January 1997 workshops* held in Accra for CSIR. Based on the workshop findings Warfield makes a series of recommendations to the Council about possible future uses of Interactive Management in Ghana. I am not sure this is the final FINAL report on the project, since as I recall Warfield had to spend months waiting for unfinished work to be handed in from some lady in Accra whose role was of importance. I forget the detail, but it is possible that this report Strategies was either a preliminary report or that it was dated on the title page January 1997 when actually it was completed only in June, or months later. The computer files typed in Africa are all mess now, so I can't be sure of the exact date, so will give this Strategies document the title page date and leave it at that. *There are two workshop reports on which this final report is based, they are: 1) Integration Workshop on the Capacity Development and Utilization Programme in Box 25 Folder 3 and also in box 36/27 (looks like we sent GMU two copies of this one?) 2) Interactive Management Workshop on Attitudinal Change in the CSIR in Box 10 Folder 15.
