Part of the course of study in this semester includes critique and study of Peter Senge's book The Fifth Discipline. Leading into discussion of complexity in government. I can't find any 1992 syllabus in Finding Aid list at GMU, but there is one for 1991, maybe there is a date misprint, or maybe this syllabus was not sent to GMU r.w. 2/20/2014
