The first publication listed appeared in the year 1956, but largely spans the 27 year period from 1968 to 1995. This bibliography was first printed as an unpublished 19 page tape-bound monograph dated August 1995. IT WAS ALSO PRINTED AS "Appendix A" on PAGES 17 -35 of Warfield's monograph titled "Procrustes is Alive and Well and Teaching Composition in the English Department."
