What is System Planning? 1968/00/00 Warfield did not attend the 1968 IFAC conference and did not present the paper personally. He doesn't remember if Bob presented it or not, or whether it was simply published as an accepted paper for the conference. The paper was reprinted a year later, in Automatica, the journal of IFAC. Reprints of both versions of the paper are available in Box 16 Folder 10 at Fenwick Library Special Collections. Also in the file is some correspondence with the editor of Automatica, concerning the Pergamon version of the paper. (Automatica was a Pergamon journal).
