This material was shipped to Fenwick Library Special Collections, George Mason University, Fairfax, VA on 23 October 2000. This manuscript is in MICROSOFT WORD-6, typed by Bonnie Seitz (John Warfield has never proof read Bonnie's typed version) the WORD-6 document is in separate parts: OEE1979.DOC = the main section OEE792.doc = the front matter with table of contents OE79TBL2.doc, which must be printed separately, is page 32 the main section TOC1979.DOC = is a very detailed table of contents page, listing subheadings and figures in the manuscript. (NOTE: I find that there is also a RTF version of the complete report, combining all of the original MS WORD documents. Seems to be accurate reproduction of the report, and would be more useful if reprints are contemplated.
