Linear Management of Non-Linear Organizations

An abstract of a planned, but never completed, article that argues corporations would benefit from the use of problematiques constructed from the Interactive Management system. Includes typed and handwritten notes.

Sent to GMU 27 September 2007. In this unfinished manuscript Warfield tries to advance his belief that corporations would be better off if they used problematiques constructed from his Interactive Management system. This is only an abstract of a planned article, which remains as yet unwritten. Attached to the abstract page is a collection of handwritten and typed manuscript pages dated 15 January 2001, in which Warfield was planning the completion of the paper, which at that time he intended to submit to Systems Research. He did not finish his work on this manuscript, but his comment when I showed it to him in 2007 is to say with one of his little ironic chuckles - "I wish that I had finished this paper."

r.w. circa 2007
