This is a copy of an email message attached to a three page memo listing some ideas for a talk to be given on Leadership. Scott Staley was asked to give a talk on Leadership as part of a program being assembled at Ford. He asked Warfield for some ideas and Warfield responded with the attached memo. In the end Ford didn't have the program anyway, or changed things so Scott didn't have to give the talk, but John just kept the memo he had written, possibly thinking it a starter for a future paper?
