Warfield must have put it in with a bunch of stuff in the September 2007 shipment. This document was inside Warfield's note-binder titled New Paper Systems Programs in Universities. The manuscript contains information on 23 selected articles and books by Warfield. In a preliminary section the titles are listed with citations, followed by a second section giving titles only with descriptive paragraph after each title giving summary description of the work.
