Manuscript was sent to GMU 27 September 2007. We later got the offprint but I am not sure whether GMU has offprint or the manuscript, maybe both? The reviewer is Ioannes B. Kapelouzos 116 Alkiviadou Street Piraeus 18532 Greece who holds position of Judge, Supreme Court, in Greek government. Kapelouzos' book review was published in journal Systems Research, and was also published in Greece on pages 101-103 of a 2005 volume of Kapelouzos's essays, titled "Preliminary Drawings: Essays on Systems Theory and Praxis" (Note: PRELIMINARY DRAWINGS: ESSAYS ON SYSTEMS THEORY AND PRAXIS. This book was donated to GMU Special Collections in April 2013 by Mrs. Rosamond Warfield.) Ioannes sent us a copy of the book, it is a small soft-cover book, 130 pages. It has pale green colored cover, with the Greek title in red lettering. I can't write the name of publisher, which is printed in Greek. In his book, Ioannes Kapelouzos had several references to Warfield's work. For example Warfield's Domain of Science Model is reproduced, except with Greek captions, rather than English. Kapelouzos attributes the model drawing to John Warfield.
