NOTE WRITTEN IN August 2011: The paper was submitted to the LBJ JOURNAL, University of Texas, Austin on October 8, 2008. No response was forthcoming from the LBJ JOURNAL. So in January 2009 John donated this paper to George Mason University Libraries, Digital Collection.
Next, sometime in year 2011, after she had listed it for several years as "Unpublished, by John N. Warfield, Emeritus Professor George Mason University School of Public Policy, 100 Willow Bend Court, Sheffield, AL 35660, 2008" Rose found a paper document <Fenwick Submission.wpd> in which John Warfield had written the words: "The Asymmetric Learning Trait," this is #62 in My Papers in pdf and wpd. It has been accepted by Atila."
Atila Ertas at Texas Tech in Lubbock, TX(This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) was John's colleague in the Society for Design & Process Science (SDPS). Atila was editor of a journal Transdisciplinary Journal of Integrated Design and Process Science (JIDPS). But Rose had no information from Atila himself, nor had she yet found in John's computer any emails or other documents on JIDPS publication of this paper, as of August 2011. (R.W. August, 2011)

EXTRA NOTE, November 17, 2015, Today I did another Google search and it looks as if Atila did publish it, because the title is now an offering of a new online organization, the "ACM DL Digital Library." ACM Digital Library, Copyright © 2015 ACM, Inc, is a part of ACM Association for Computing Machinery. URL: http://dl.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=1609858. So I have a citation from the digital library: “The Asymmetric Learning Trait” Journal of Integrated Design & Process Science archive, Volume 12 Issue 2, April 2008, Pages 7-10. IOS Press Amsterdam, The Netherlands, The Netherlands URL: http://content.iospress.com/
John's complete abstract from his original manuscript was printed in the ADM DL Digital Library web page. It is the same abstract as above.
