This document was inside Warfield's note-binder titled NEW PAPER SYSTEMS PROGRAMS IN UNIVERSITIES. This is just a single page with a well-known quote from Heinz von Foerster, which Warfield had typed in big letters on a transparency page. "The more the complexity that is ignored, the greater the prospects for fame and fortune." I suppose this file should be with the cells and figures folder, but Warfield had it placed as part of his universities systems programs manuscript, probably intended to use it as quote in the article, so had it included in this note-binder.
