3 July 2005 was the date when Warfield was finally able to get his WordPerfect file of the Handbook successfully converted into PDF as one single file, without having to print and insert the options field figures manually. This 2005 PDF version has become the document used when sending copies of the handbook over the web, it was placed on jnwarfield web site as free download circa 2005-2006.
This is an excellent archive file for the book, was probably the one used for the few spiral bound paperback copies John got printed and sold occasionally until they were all gone, after which we sold only the CD. I am sure it has same text exactly as the original 2nd edition put out in 1994 and later in 2001/2001. (r.w. 12/18/2017)
