Photo and biography of John Warfield, in Polish language. A publisher's offprint holds similar photo-bios of 4 other authors besides Warfield - Lofti A. Zadeh, Wojciech Gasparski, Danuta Miller and Andrzej Strzalecki. This might be from Gasparski & Collen publication, or something else that published author’s biographies, I don't know. Gasparski published a few of Warfield's papers but I can't find any record right now to match this date and of course can't read the Polish. Saved the document in pdf file mostly because it is odd. It is not a very good picture of Warfield. (r.w. circa 2011)
